ABOUT

Vocal Artist House was founded by award-winning artist / producer Jerry Jean to produce timeless music and develop singers' voices.  Jerry's career has traveled on parallel lines with a deep understanding and skill set for both music production and vocal coaching. He has worked with Grammy, Tony, and Emmy winning artists, winners of The Voice, Broadway veterans, and everyday people who sing to feed their soul. His studio is located just 5 blocks north of Central Park in New York City.

Jerry creates recordings and music arrangements completely in-house, as well as collaborates with world-class engineers, studios, and musicians from both the pop and classical worlds. Music production info here. He holds an MA & BM in vocal performance from NYU, as well as an Ed.M. (specializing in vocal pedagogy) from Columbia University. Jerry served on the voice and music faculty at NYU for 8 years coaching singers and teaching music theory. He has vocal consulted for Interscope Records, American Idol, and maintains a strong track record of success preparing singers for both the stage and studio, from music theater artists to singer-songwriters. Vocal coaching info here. Clients may work with Jerry on either music production or vocal coaching (and often in combination).

No stranger to the performing artist side of the table, Jerry has written and produced 3 original EPs and an LP to critical acclaim. He has independently garnered 3 million plays / views for his music among the major digital platforms. Visit his artist website at jerryjean.com
